Spicy Vegetarian Chili Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can whole tomatoes, undrained
1 can garbanzo beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can butter beans
1 can tomato sauce
1 red or green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 1/2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric

optional:
I like to add some sriracha or hot sauce but it's not needed!
If desired, you can of course add sour cream, cilantro, cheese, etc.


  1. Mix all ingredients in pot. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover, heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Serve chili and add desired ingredients such as sour cream, cilantro, or cheese!
  3. Enjoy!
