Recipe: Vegan Green tea cupcakes!

I love experimenting with recipes in the kitchen and I was inspired to make green tea cupcakes. I kept looking for recipes, and I didn't have any of the ingredients. Therefore, I made my own and they turned out delicious. The original recipes called for eggs, milk, butter, and I substituted those ingredients for miscellaneous things in my kitchen.

Ingredients:
3-6 tablespoons of green tea matcha powder (depending on how much strength you want)
1 1/2 cups of vanilla soy yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup of whole grain oats
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 mashed banana
1/2 cup green tea
1 1/2 cups of sugar
Optional: Green food coloring, any add-ins such as fruit, nuts, etc.

I'm going to make this really simple for you:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Throw everything into a bowl. Mix it up.
3. Empty mixture into each individual cupcake liner. If you do not have cupcake liners, use oil to make sure they do not stick.
4. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
